Ingredients: 

dough:

dough method:

  1. combine 1/2c cold water and 1/2c boiling water in a large bowl.
  2. add yeast and sugar, whisk lightly and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. add olive oil and salt, whisk lightly.
  4. gradually add flour until a dough is formed
  5. knead lightly.
  6. place in a warm place for 30-60 minutes
  7. take out dough, roll it out and place on baking tray with baking paper.

toppings ingredients:

  1. tomato paste 
  2. onion
  3. capsicum
  4. champignons
