no dairy, vegetarian, & healthy!
- 2c wholemeal flour
- 1T dried yeast
- 1T organic sugar
- 1T olive oil
- 1/2t sea salt
- combine 1/2c cold water and 1/2c boiling water in a large bowl.
- add yeast and sugar, whisk lightly and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- add olive oil and salt, whisk lightly.
- gradually add flour until a dough is formed
- knead lightly.
- place in a warm place for 30-60 minutes
- take out dough, roll it out and place on baking tray with baking paper.
- 2T tomato paste
- 2 small cans champignons
- 1 green capsicum
- rings of 1 raw onion
- tomato paste
