Does eating and then going to bed make u gain weight
Over eating causes weight gain, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Yes, you can burn it off better during the day but it’s not going to make a huge difference. Just control your portions always. I have portion control tips in my eating clean tab on my blog x

is this a good workout routine with clean eating 80% of the time? monday: dance for 1.5 hrs. tuesday: dance for 2.5 hrs. wednesday: dance for 1.5 hrs. thursday: dance for 2.5 hrs. friday: rest. saturday: 4 hour dance rehearsal. sunday: rest. also everyday I do a plank routine to help stabilize my core, hips, and back because I have a hyper mobile back. I also occasionally run (1x a week or less)
It sounds like you’re getting a good workout with the dance there
I usually say eating healthy 90% of the time works the best- because you’re doing it as often as you can without depriving yourself of the occasional treat.
